My little Zoella Beauty haul.

October 31, 2015

I will admit it, I absolutely love 'Zoella' (Zoe Sugg), I think she is absolutely fantastic. I have watched her videos since way before she hit the one million mark, so seeing her achieving so much is lovely! Last year Zoe released her beauty range 'Zoella Beauty' and I did grab a few goodies (see post: here) and later tried out the Zoella fizz bar, (see post here .) I decided since it has been a little while since I purchased anything from this range, that I'd treat myself to a few little goodies while out with my friend in town yesterday.

I picked up three items from her collection; the popular Soak Opera, the collar purse and the solid fragrance. Let's have a little look at these beauties...

SOAK OPERA.

This is one of the first products Zoe brought out and it has been very popular. The thing I love the most about this is that firstly, it is in a big bottle (hate when you pay a lot for a tiny bottle of product) and also it is multi-use (bath soak and shower cream= 2 for the price of 1!). It has the original 'fresh' type scent, which by the way, I'm a big fan of. I can't wait to try it.

The BLISSFUL MISTFUL solid fragrance.

This is one of the most recent releases and is something I am extremely excited for. I have never had a solid fragrance, but think it is going to be extremely handy for every day use (easily carried around in your bag). I have tried the Blissful Mistful body mist in the past and really liked it, so have no doubt I will love this too.

The collar coin purse.

This is possibly my favourite item of all. It is just absolutely adorable! I have tried a Zoella makeup bag before and have thought a lot of the quality of them (I actually use one of her bags as my main makeup bag), so I thought why not buy another little bag to add to my collection? I think this bag is going to be fabulous for carrying my little essentials around in my handbag (bobbles, grips, solid fragrances ;), concealer, lip balm, lady essentials etc).

I am super excited to start using these little goodies and will make sure I inform you on my opinions in the future!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Love,

Hi!

Today I wanted to share with you my October favourites. The photos featured are screenshots from my October Favourites video that was supposed to go up on my YouTube channel (Yes, I am on YouTube: see here ) but, the video failed (due to annoying light flickers) I didn't want to completely waste the footage, so why not share on my blog? Good thinking (I know!) P.s I will be re-filming my October Favourites video SOON!

In this post I just wanted to share a few of the beauty bits and bobs I've been loving this past month. Look out for a description in the video! :)

Haia Eve, remember to think happy...

October 12, 2015

Haia,

This quote couldn't be more true. If you view things positively and look for positive outcomes, make the best of situations and basically live with the "it could be worse" attitude, you'll end up feeling a heck of a lot happier in your day-to-day life. I try living with a positive attitude and I feel it really influences your approach to almost everything...in a good way!

Have a great week! :)

BE HAPPY! THINK HAPPY! LIVE HAPPY!

Haia Eve, TV talk...

October 11, 2015

Haia,

I feel as if recently the old telly box has been really good. I've gone from complaining about having nothing to watch, to be spoilt for choice. This past week has been the craziest TV weeks of all.

Wednesday marked the final of not only The Great British Bake Off, but also of Doctor Foster. Neither failed in impressing me. GBBO was fantastic (I won't spoil) - and the winner was a good one (in my opinion). Doctor Foster was gripping; I was either sat hiding my head in my hands or with my eyes glued to the screen. The storyline was fantastic, the acting was absolutely brilliant and I am now so sad that the series is over!
I am really annoyed that I'll have to wait a year for another GBBO and I'll probably never, ever see another Doctor Foster *crying face emoji*. I suppose the replacement will have to be The Apprentice which starts THIS WEDNESDAY! I suppose it will have to do...

NEXT...Strictly Come Dancing! I am absolutely hooked and have been since I was a little girl. I have never really been fussed on shows like the X Factor, I feel like watching XF is a betrayal of my dedication to Strictly. This Strictly series so far is epic! I love it and cannot miss an episode. My favourites at the moment are: Peter, Jay, Carol, Georgia, Helen and Kellie (as you can tell I can't make my mind up on a favourite!)
The best dance so far was Jay's jive...Please watch it if you haven't already- it will blow your socks off!

I've also been trying to fill the PLL sized gap in my viewing schedule, so have got back into watching Neighbours and Home and Away (the best soaps) and New Girl (which I love, largely because Zooey Deschanel is my favourite actress!)

I think that's enough TV chat for now! What has been your favourite show at the moment?

Love,

Haia Eve, I'm back...

October 04, 2015

Haia,

After a much needed two week break (extremely long in the blogging world), I am back and it feels good. During my little time off I have been really able to get my head together and think about why it is I write this blog. For months the thought of blogging has been looking less appealing and it got to the point where I had to stand back and ask myself whether I wished to continue. Time is precious and sometimes it has proven difficult to designate time towards my blog.

I am no longer putting pressure on myself. I am going to try very hard to get at least one post up a week (on a Sunday).
I can't promise that this blog is going to be 100% advice/lifestyle/health/fitness; I'd prefer to say it's a blog with a little bit of everything! Hehe!
