AUTUMN FASHION PICKS | ASOS

September 16, 2018

I absolutely love this time of year for fashion. No more having to worry about shaving your legs or pits for the shorts and t-shirts. Hello, comfort. Autumn and winter fashion is my favourite, I spend endless hours browsing online and in stores for some new pieces to add to my wardrobe; whether that be the essential staple pieces, or something a little more adventurous. I am a huge lover of ASOS for clothing and accessories, just because it seems to have it all. Today I thought I'd share some of my favourite pieces from the ASOS website that I am so very tempted to be adding to my wardrobe soon. All photos are screenshots from ASOS.com and clicking on the photo will take you to the item on the website (just to make life easy for you!)

ZUMBA® WEAR WISH LIST. (Feb 2016)

February 06, 2016

Hey everyone!
Happy weekend! I hope you're all okay and have had a good/okay/bearable week. Today I wanted to share with you another wish list I have put together for the workout wear I have my eye on. This editions items all come from probably my favourite shop of all time: The Zumba Wear Shop! Recently Zumba released a brand new collection: the 'Ready...Set...Glow' range and I love everything!

Here are a few items I have my eye on:

Aren't they all so lovely? I love the positive message Zumba sends with their clothing, for example 'Crazy Happy'. This specific collection glows...yes GLOWS!! How amazing is that?  Pretty amazing you ask me!
Honestly, I am a huge fan of Zumba wear (and not just because I'm a Zumba instructor)- there is something in the shop for everyone, for different types of exercise (not just Zumba) and the quality & design of the clothing is fantastic (for a pretty decent price tag).

Check the range out: READY SET GLOW
 Thanks for reading! :)
Lots of Love,

Workout Wear Wish List. (Jan '16)

January 03, 2016

I have a serious fitness wear shopping problem. My wardrobe and drawers have been taken over by Zumba/gym clothing, leaving no space for "normal" clothing. That's my life for you - I just can't help myself. A new year leaves me drooling over lots of new fitness clothes to kick start my workout right, with fresh clothes for a fresh year of working out. I am a strong believer in if you think you look good, then you'll feel good too, but maybe I'm just making excuses for my shopping problem?

I thought today I'd share some of the pieces that I have my eye on this January...

"Uptown Funk Bra Tank" - This is from the Zumba wear collection (a collection that I myself am very familiar with) and is a top I've been contemplating purchasing for a while, I feel it would not only be brilliant for Zumba class, but would be excellent for other fitness classes and for the gym too.

Price - £23.58

"Nike Studio Ladies Trainers" - there's something so appealing about the colour purple for me, that's mainly why these sweeties are featured, but also because Nike and trainers are a fab combo.

Price - £39.00

M&S Sports Bra - I love Marks and Sparks' (Marks & Spencer) sports bra. They are incredibly comfy, have a great hold and are lovely quality.

Price - £25.00

"nike flex 2015" ladies running shoes - I don't know why, but I really want to follow the crowd and invest in a pair of black nikes (you know, the ones that look so good on Instagram). They look so good, but I'm not overly keen on the price tag...

Price - £54.99 [a tad on the pricey side]

F&F Active Neon hoodie - Tesco/F&F's active range is brilliant. I've tried a few pieces from their collection in the past and really want to get my hands on a few other pieces. I love how budget friendly the collection is.

Price - £18.00

Zumba Bundle - Here is another fantastic reason why I love Zumba wear. Not only are the items a work of art, good quality & super comfortable, but sometimes Zumba wear comes in bundles, meaning you can save a few bob. Here is a fabulous bundle - including leggings and a top.

Price - £25.50

USA Pro "Front Fastening" sports bra - Hello easy to put on sports bra... I love the concept of a zip up front, but have never tried on before...maybe that should be a goal for 2016; to try on a front zip up sports bra? Uhh...perhaps not. The colour is what draws me in the most - you lot should know by now how much I love vibrant colours. I've heard good things about USA Pro's sports bras, so may have to give them a whirl!

Price - £19.99

USA Pro leggings - These beauties are from the 'join our movement' Little Mix campaign did with USA Pro. I love the design and colours; they look very pretty, but aren't too overwhelming, you know what I mean? I've loved all USA Pro leggings I've tried in the past, so am looking forward to trying more this year (hopefully!)

Price - £11.99

FitBit "Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristband" - I've heard so many people speaking about these and really want to give them a go! Sounds like a fab concept!

Price - £79.99

Karrimor Duma 2 running shoes - yes, more trainers! These are a lot more affordable than the Nike ones and honestly, I have a pair of Karrimor Duma 2s myself and I can't fault them. They are so comfortable - I just adore them. I love the colour of these ones too.

Price - £16.00

That's it for my Wish List - I may start doing these monthly as I loved putting this one together!

Thanks for reading! I'll see you back here on Wednesday or whenever you fancy calling back, you are always welcome! :)

Lots of Love,

A CRAZY DAY

May 27, 2014

Hello guys!

Today has been an absolutely mental day, therefore I decided it would be appropriate to share it with you lot.

First of all, we were headed to The Cort Theatre to get tickets for 'The Cripple of Inishmaan' (starring Daniel Radcliffe) when we got distracted by crowds of people surrounding television cameras, being nosey like me (when it comes to celebs) we had to investigate. They were shooting The Today Show in the area and Cher Lloyd had performed live in front of the crowd as it was her US album release date (sadly we missed the performance). Me and my brother happened to make a sneaky appearance on NBC though as the camera panned the crowd.

We later made our way to the NBC merch store, which can I say is amazing!! I saw on a poster that the first 500 to purchase Cher's new album 'SORRY I'M LATE' would receive an exclusive wristband to meet the singer. I decided to jump on the chance, so I purchased the album AND GOT A WRISTBAND!
I had to queue in a long line of fans upstairs to meet the singer before being lead in small groups down to the 'meet and greet' area.

I was really lucky to be able to take a 'selfie' with Cher, speak to her and have her sign my CD.

Also, I stopped by Tiffany's...

H! in NYC

May 26, 2014

Hello people,

I write to you today from the comfort of my New York City hotel room. I landed in the big apple today (Monday) and the weather is absolutely boiling!
I had traveled in jeans, a shirt and a thick cardigan but, decided I'd better change into more appropriate attire- and oh boy I'm glad I did- it was 85 degrees F!

If you've been reading my blog for a fair bit of time, preferably my fashion/outfit posts, you will have noticed the recurring appearance of retro- style dresses. Truth being told I have a huge passion for the retro 50s/60s style.
My passion blossomed last Summer. I was in Debenhams browsing the blue cross sale items and BAM there it was, my 'Kate Middleton dress'.
The dress is by Henry Holland and is part of his H! collection at Debenhams. His designs in general are fantastic, I'd highly recommend having a browse H! Debenhams.com .

This dress as I previously mentioned, I call, my 'Kate Middleton dress' mainly, because the fit is so nice and really flatters the figure.

Taken in Aeropostale, Times Square

I paired the dress with my H&M pink retro sunglasses HERE (similar) & my eco sneakers.

A massive thank you lovelies for 2,000 blog views!!

Thank you guys so much for reading!
Have a fabulous week!

Take care,
Eve xx
