Why should you eat them?


  • Bananas can help to overcome depression. This is because of it's high levels of tryptophan. 
  • Eating bananas before a workout can pack you with energy and sustain your blood sugar levels.
  • Can help to protect you against muscle and leg cramps.
  • They can help improve your mood and reduce PMS symptoms.
  • Eating bananas can help prevent kidney cancer.
  • Bananas can build strong bones.
  • They can make you smarter and help make you more alert (aids learning!)
