Why should you eat them?
- Bananas can help to overcome depression. This is because of it's high levels of tryptophan.
- Eating bananas before a workout can pack you with energy and sustain your blood sugar levels.
- Can help to protect you against muscle and leg cramps.
- They can help improve your mood and reduce PMS symptoms.
- Eating bananas can help prevent kidney cancer.
- Bananas can build strong bones.
- They can make you smarter and help make you more alert (aids learning!)
