Stress

This week we're going to be discussing stress.
We all have to deal with it sometime in our lives in big and small packages. It's how we decide to deal with it that matters. Here are my favourite tips...
1. Take a break from whatever is making you stressed.
2. Breathe and relax in silence for a few moments
3. Plan- plan what it is you need to do (this makes your mind feel more organized too!)
4. Listen to music
5. Have a cuppa!
These tips are my own personal favourites take them or leave them, pick and choose appropriate ones.
Sorry todays post is a little brief, I've been busy catching up on homework!
