Quick & Easy Post-Workout Smoothie.

Ingredients:
1 chopped banana
1/2 - 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I like crunchy)
1 teaspoon of honey
almond milk (or another milk you'd prefer)
Pop all ingredients into a blender and BAM!
