20 'HAPPY LIFE' TIPS

Today I thought it would be a lovely idea to share with you some (quite easy) tips I have learnt over the years to help you feel a bit happier and better. May I please say that these tips aren't some type of secret equation to make your life so happy. We all have our down days and it takes effort to improve your positivity.


1. Surround yourself with positive people.
2. Compliment yourself (but don't get cocky)
3. Don't cry over spilt milk - move on from your mistakes.
4. Learn from your mistakes.
5. Say yes to opportunities.
6. Be thankful for all you have.
7. Have dreams and aspirations.
8. Find a hobby that you enjoy and are good at.
9. Give yourself a break - a break from work, a break from worrying; relax and watch Friends!
10. Have positive role models.
11. Dress in clothing you feel comfortable in.
12. Stand up for what you believe in.
13. Be kind to others.
14. Listen to some upbeat music.
15. Approach each day with enthusiasm.
16. Eat healthily (but treat yourself)
17. Do some exercise.
18. Ask for help when it's needed.
19. Be creative.
20. SMILE!! (THE BEST TIP OF ALL!)
