When getting into exercise and a healthy lifestyle, it's so important that you don't look at it like a "quick fix". Fitness and health is a part of life, so make sure you go about improving it in the right way: make healthy changes that will benefit you in the long run. It is important to make constant, small improvements to see a healthy outcome instead of rushing into things with unrealistic (and possibly unhealthy) goals.
