At the beginning of February, the wonderful Fleur from FleurDeForce on YouTube released her very first book: The Glam Guide.


Fleur De Force started making YouTube videos in 2009 out of a passion for everything beauty and fashion related. What began as a fun hobby quickly turned into something much bigger, and she's spent the past five years seeking out the best products, top tips and easiest ways for us all to look and feel more fabulous. In The Glam Guide she shares all of her secrets and discoveries so whether you're looking for makeup tips, wardrobe cheats, first-date pointers or healthy lifestyle motivation, this is the book for you.

In the book you can expect to see: beauty tips, hair tips, recipes, fitness tips, confidence & happiness tips, even blogging tips...and more.

The book certainly has something for everyone, and for me it has everything (I especially love the fitness section). It isn't too much of one thing and not enough of another- it's perfectly balanced.

The book is very well written and is full of useful information, that is straight to the point (just as I like it!).

As you can tell from some of the photos featured - both the cover and inside pages are beautifully designs. The book is full of bright colours, effective illustrations and high quality photos.

The thing I love most about this book is, it is just so positive and inspiring. It is a feel good and happy book to read - a real pick me up on a bad day!

I have been watching Fleur's videos for a long while now and if you do too, you can most probably see what a lovely and friendly person she seems. This book is a real reflection of her talent and the personal touches (such as photos of Mike and the pups) really show a sense of personality. I am thoroughly enjoying reading 'The Glam Guide' and would like to wish Fleur a MASSIVE congratulations on such an achievement!
